Sharpy’s Woodworking & Developments Ltd began in 2016.

The day-to-day operations is led by Jono Sharp. Jono hails from an extremely ‘hands on’ family of builders, farmers, plumbers and from a very young age found himself pitching in and developing his practical skills.

After working for many years for other tradesmen and contractors and developing a love for all things woodworking, he decided to build his own business out of the family home in Hailsham, East Sussex.

From humble beginnings, Sharpy’s has now grown to be a fully VAT-registered business, capable of taking on multiple high-engagement projects covering not just woodworking, but full-scale building and construction development.

Although having grown considerably since starting, it remains a family business at heart. Jono is still assisted on the administration side of the business by his wife Charlie, with additional moral support courtesy of their three young children – the next generation of Sharpy’s!
